Wake Up to a Good Morning on Disney Cruise Line

There are few things more decadent than breakfast in bed and what better place to feel decadent than on your Disney Cruise?

The morning breakfast delivery is one of my favorite things about cruising. Why argue over who's going up to the pool deck to bring back complimentary coffee when you can have it delivered?

I'm always shocked how many people don't know about the morning delivery service so I'm here to let you in on one of my favorite Disney Cruise Line secrets.

When you arrive in your stateroom, there is usually a stack of papers on the desk waiting for you within those papers is most likely a door hanger tag that says "Good Morning" on the front and has a menu on the back. If it's not sitting out on your desk it should be in the desk drawer with the pen. This little door tag is the key to a morning routine of decadence.

The "menu" offers a variety of early morning options for delivery. Coffee, milk, and various juices are offered for beverages as well as cold cereals, assorted pastries, bagels and toast; just to name a few.
Simply check the boxes with the quantity of items you want and select your delivery time from the options listed on the top. Hang the tag on your door before 3am and voila, breakfast will magically appear at your selected time the next morning!

The room service team recommends you don't put your order on your door TOO early in the evening as sometimes kids like to snatch them. I would say between 11pm and 3am is a good time to put it out or whenever you get back to your room for the evening. If you don't have a door tag in your room or run out during your cruise you can ask your stateroom host for more forms or simply call room service the night before or the morning of for delivery.

Having coffee delivered in a silver carafe is much better than waking up to an alarm clock in my opinion...now if I could only train my husband to provide that service at home...
