I am in the midst of a computer conundrum right now...my laptop decided to reside between the world of the living and the dead so my data is all floating out there in cyberspace...hopefully to be retrieved by a genius at the apple store tomorrow.
In the meantime i'm working from our desktop computer at home and I feel completely discombobulated!
I did want to take a brief moment and say "thank you" to all the folks who have been so kind and loyal in booking their vacations with me. You have no idea how much I enjoy working with each and every one of you.
The greatest compliment to a travel agent is positive feedback and nothing is more exciting than repeat clients. It really makes you feel like you're doing something right and I get to know you all a little more each time you book with me!

This is what keeps us alive as travel agents, you might not realize it but the few nice words you say about us to your friends can make or break us. It really means so much to me that you trust e with your magical vacations and encourage your friends and family to do the same.
