For you, the Writers Stop may be a pit stop on your journey to grab a cup of coffee or a bottle of water before you continue on your way. For me, the Writers Stop is home to my absolute favorite snack in all of the parks. I’ll gladly forgo the $3 bottle of water and use my $3 snack credit on a piece of life’s decadence: the carrot cake cookie.
Imagine a 3″ circle of the most delicious, moist carrot cake you’ve ever tasted, multiply that by 2 and put a sweet cream cheese frosting inside and that my friends, is the carrot cake cookie. This cookie is the perfect mix of cake and frosting and the best part is…with the frosting in the center, it doesn’t stick to the roof of your mouth like a regular carrot cake would.
